1.    Experience and professionalism: Caro has been in the business for years, and when you talk to her you will instantly notice her knowledge in the answers you will receive.

2.    Empathy: for Caro, you will always be a person or a family to help, she perfectly understands that migrating is a challenge in itself, and what one is looking for at this moment is someone who understands everything that you are experiencing.

3.    Honesty and transparency: Carolina will always give you clear and precise information on the pros and cons of each case so that you can make the best decision. Many will want to guide you in a bad way, ignoring details that can be fatal when choosing your new home in Canada, with Caro this will never happen.

4.    Timing: when looking for a new home, timing is often essential, and Carolina understands it perfectly, she will always respond as soon as possible, either with a specific answer or by indicating that she is seeing it and will inform you as soon as possible.

5.    Language: for many, living in an English-speaking country is a significant challenge, so having someone who speaks English and Spanish will give you the peace of mind of receiving all the clear information so that you can understand it (many things here work very differently to other countries).

6.    Pet-friendly: this may be strange for some, but in my case, it was really important since my arrival in Canada was with my wife and my 30kg dog, something that added another challenge when looking for a new home. Carolina loves animals as much as we do, which meant having someone who understood us in the search parameters. If you have a pet you will understand this point perfectly.

I hope to continue working with Carolina in the future because once you meet her, you know she is the person you want to have by your side when renting or buying something in Canada.

Somos una familia chilena que llegó a Canadá el 18 de Diciembre de 2022 en la tarde noche, con 2 niños, en ese momento un niño de 9 y una niña de 4 años, que ya estaban cansadísimos =), y gracias a que pudimos contactar con carolina, llegamos a una casa para no tener que estar arrendando en otro lugar y andar para allá y para acá con los niños....

Comento un poco, en Septiembre de 2022 supimos que ya nos vendríamos a Canadá, por lo que surgió la duda, ¿podremos llegar con arriendo a Canadá desde Chile?... y como estuvimos investigando, leyendo, muchas personas decían que si se podía... en un grupo encontré su dato, y me lance en contactarla, aunque mi marido de primera no estaba muy de acuerdo, ya que es mucho más desconfiado que yo, bueno, en cuanto pudo carolina nos contestó, y primero conversamos vía whatsapp para saber lo que necesitábamos, luego, hubieron más llamadas, y de ahí el conocernos vía video llamada, es muy amable muy animada, te da las opciones con las características de lo que buscas, y también te da la opción de buscar lo que necesites así mismo como ella busca.

Después de eso una vez que elegimos las posibles casas ella realiza las visitas y nos realizó video llamada para poder verlas,  las vimos, nos gustó 1 y sorpresa nos fue mal.. porque potro matrimonio oferto mas al dueño... seguimos viendo y buscando, y en el intertanto teníamos que hacer llegar el dinero acá, no teníamos a nadie que nos ayude, y ella muy amablemente nos ayudó hacer llegar el dinero acá así poder ofertar en la siguiente casa que nos pudiera interesar.... por mi parte fue un angelito caído del cielo, muy movida, motivada, amable, jugada para que nos pudiéramos quedar con la cas en la cual estamos ahora... y lo mejor es que pudimos llegar a un lugar del que no teníamos que salir en unos días más.

Así que muy feliz de haberla encontrado y de habernos atrevido en confiar en ella para poder llegar a un lugar y que será nuestro hogar por un tiempo......
